The location was comfy, we could drive to a main street in about 5 minutes. Appreciated that there were a seating area, iron/ironing board and a work desk.

the apartment exceeded our expectations - it was clean, cozy, and had all the facilities we needed for a romantic trip. We loved the convenient location in a quiet neighborhood, away from the touristy areas. The host was also very helpful and had great communication.
Lockbox at entrance was a bit tricky.

We had a wonderful stay at Ca' Cino in Venice. the spacious home had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. the location was perfect, right next to the boat stop, making it convenient to explore the city. We also appreciated the warm welcome and helpful tips from Fabio. It was easy to get to the apartment, and the new key pick-up system was very convenient. the apartment itself was beautiful, with great city views from the bedrooms. We loved that it was situated in a quiet area, away from the crowded tourist routes, but still just a few vaporetto stops away from the center. a fantastic place to stay in Venice!
